By using this website, the customer is agreeing to the conditions of use of the same, which may be updated from time to time. We advise you to visit this page regularly to keep abreast of any changes that may have been made to them.

Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this site is unavailable for a certain period of time. We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain areas of it.

To place an order, the customer must be over 18 years of age and undertake to provide true data that allow the successful processing of your order.


PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The prices mentioned include VAT at the legal rate in force;
Shipping costs will be added to the indicated prices, unless otherwise stated;
The offer presented is limited to the existing stock;
The colors of the products may differ slightly, depending on the resolution and characteristics of the devices (computers, mobile phones and tablets) used;
WYNIL reserves the right to change the marketing conditions of the products presented;
The prices and specifications of the products contained in this website may be changed without prior notice;
WYNIL will make every effort to keep the information on its website error-free and cannot be held responsible for errors caused by third parties;
Except in case of obvious error, the price of the products will be what is indicated at all times on our website. Although WYNIL seeks to ensure that all prices indicated on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we find that the price of a product contained in an order is wrong, we will inform the user as soon as possible, giving him the choice between reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If it is impossible to contact the user, the order will be canceled and the user will be fully refunded the price of the products, if he has already paid for them.

ORDER
The customer can place orders through the online store
When the user has finished shopping, all the products he wants to purchase will be placed in his basket and the next step will be the checkout process and payment. For this purpose you must:
Press the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page.
Press the FINALIZE PURCHASE key.
Fill in or confirm the data relating to your contacts, your order, billing address, shipping address, transport and payment method.
Press the CONFIRM ORDER key
Proceed to payment.

Whenever the ordered product is not in stock, WYNIL will inform the customer about the expected delivery date;
Order cancellation is possible whenever your request occurs before the goods are dispatched;
WYNIL reserves the right not to accept an order.


PAYMENT
- Failure to pay an order within 72 hours will result in its cancellation; - The customer can make the payment using the following methods:


Bank Transfer: The expected date of delivery of the order is conditioned by the good reception of the payment, so you should consider at least 2 more working days in the expected date of delivery of your order if you choose this form of payment. In case of payment not made within 48 hours after the moment of purchase, the order will be cancelled. You must follow these steps:
1. Make the bank transfer to the IBAN
2. Send proof of transfer to geral@worldyouneedislove.com, indicating the order number “#XXXX” in the email subject or put this same number in the bank transaction description.

Credit Card: A safe and fast way to make your payment online. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments. In addition to credit cards, it will be possible to pay online with debit cards that have a security code (CSC) on the back of the card. Your card will be debited upon confirmation of the availability of the items.

SHIPPING
The shipment of the ordered items will only be carried out after payment;

Shipping is subject to payment of postage, which may vary depending on the geographical area;

The customer is responsible for the correct indication of the shipping address;

Orders for delivery to PO Boxes are not accepted;

The shipping methods available in Portugal are Normal Mail, Correio Azul and/or Registered Mail;

By Registered Mail you can follow the status of your order;

For orders over €150, shipping will be free. The shipment will be made by Normal Mail, to Portugal;

It is your duty to fill in your address correctly. If an order is returned to an incorrect address, you will be charged for shipping again.

DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time for Mainland Portugal is 2 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping method (Normal Mail, Blue Mail and Registered Mail);
Shipments to Autonomous Regions and outside Portugal will have a longer delivery time;
In the event of a stock break, the customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date, being able to keep or cancel the order.
If after two attempts it is not possible to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. We will also leave you a note explaining where the product is and how the respective order can be collected. If you cannot be at the place of delivery of the order at the appointed time, we ask that you contact us so that we can arrange delivery on another day.
WYNIL will not be liable for failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligation under the Contract that is due to an event beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event comprises any event, act or omission beyond the reasonable control of the Seller and includes, in particular (but not exclusively), the following:
Strikes, lockouts and other labor actions;
Civilian uprisings, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat of war preparations;
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinking, epidemic or other natural disaster;
Impossibility of using rail, sea, air, road or other public or private means of transport;
Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks;
Government laws, decrees, regulations or restrictions;
Any strikes, interruptions or accidents affecting relevant postal or transport services.
The Seller's obligation to comply with any Contract will be suspended for the duration of a Force Majeure Event and will give rise to an extension of the respective period equivalent to that duration. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to put an end to a Force Majeure Event, or to find a solution that allows the performance of its contractual obligations despite the existence of a Force Majeure Event.

WARRANTY
For items with warranty, WYNIL will provide it under the terms and conditions established by the respective manufacturer.


RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The user who contracts as a consumer may freely terminate the Contract within 15 days from the date of delivery of the products. In this case, the user will be refunded the full price paid for the products. The right to terminate the Agreement will only take place if the products are returned in the same condition in which they were received by the user. The latter must return it with all instructions, documents and packaging materials. Any product that is damaged, that is not in the same condition in which it was received by the user, or that has signs of use beyond the mere opening of its packaging will not be refunded.
If there is a problem with the product, you can send the order back to us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will assume the cost of shipping a new product. However, the customer will have to bear the cost of sending the product to our address, before the exchange is carried out. The return or exchange will only be allowed as long as the products are in their original format and have not been used;

INVOICE SUBMISSION
In order to protect the environment, we will send the invoice for your purchase to your email. This document, in pdf format, constitutes a legal equivalent of the traditional paper invoice, with the advantage of avoiding the felling of trees. However, if you would like to receive a paper copy, simply request it through our contacts.

Any agreements and documents to which these sales conditions apply are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes arising from any agreements or documents to which these conditions of sale apply will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
